Our Curtain Walling

Our aluminium curtain walling is fully bespoke and made to measure, offering flexibility in sizes, layouts, and configurations. Available in 35 mm, 50 mm, and 60 mm profiles, it can be tailored to meet the specific design and structural requirements of your project. For thermal performance, our double glazing offers a centre-pane U-value of 1.0 W/m²K, while triple glazing can achieve as low as 0.6 W/m²K.

We work with trusted brands such as Schuco and Senior Architectural Aluminium. Pricing for curtain walling is calculated based on the individual project, as elements like glass type can significantly affect cost.

Our Process

At AGS, our process is fully managed in-house, from initial design and consultation through to precision manufacturing, supply, and expert installation.

Design and Quotation

We will work closely with you to understand the specific needs of your project and provide expert advice on the most suitable product specifications.
 
We will then supply a quote that outlines the most suitable products for your project, ensuring they meet your specific needs while delivering the best performance and value.

Site Survey

Once an order is placed, you will be allocated a dedicated contract manager who will assist you with any queries or questions you may have about your chosen products or about the installation process.
 
Your contract manager will organise a site survey to measure the prepared structural openings or agree manufacturing sizes.

Manufacture

After the project is agreed and signed off, we’ll give you an approximate installation date.
 
Two weeks before installation, we’ll call you to confirm an exact installation date, working around your schedule to ensure it’s convenient for you.

Installation

Our highly trained on-site teams will complete the installation efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to your daily routine.
 
Once the installation is complete, we will provide a thorough demonstration of your new products, guiding you through all the features and functions to ensure you fully understand how to operate them.

Warranty

10-Year Warranty
Our aluminium frames are guaranteed for 10 years against distortion and joint failure. Powder-coated products (excluding pressings) are also covered for ten years against fading or corrosion, ensuring lasting performance and appearance.


5-Year Warranty
Our glass sealed units are guaranteed for 5 years against seal failure (misting between panes). Labour and components are also covered for five years, including repair or replacement of faulty parts and correction of workmanship issues, provided the products have been properly maintained.
